How do I display business contact name & other info on Account Scr

When I open BCM 2007 and go to the Account Screen, a dialog box at the bottom
of this screen shows Business Contacts linked into this Account. However,
usually this dialog box shows only Job Title, Business Phone and Email.
Sometimes when I start BCM and go to the Account Screen it shows more
information in the Busienss Contact dialog box, starting with a check box for
primary contact, then contact name, etc. How do I get BCM/Accounts to always
show this important information? With just Job Title, Bus Phone and Email use
of the system is difficult. Thank you.

Bob:

In the left navigation bar, below where you select the Current View of
Accounts is a link to Customize Current View (or from the main menu, click on
View, Current View, Customize Current View) . When that dialog appears,
click on Fields, and that's how you can change which columns appear in the
view. You can also customize lots more options in that view. If you click
on View, Current View, Define Views, you can save that view as another name
(like BobT's Account View) and use that consistently.

Lon,
Thank you for the reply. However, I didn't explain my problem correctly.
From the Accounts screen, where all accounts are listed (I believe this is
the screen you are referring to with the Nav bar down the left side, and View
in the ribbon) I select an account. The next screen that appears, displaying
the selected Account, is where I am having a problem. Near the bottom of this
screen is the dialog box that lists contacts linked to this account. On this
screen, there is no View button, or anything to change the fields displayed
in the Business Contacts box at the bottom of the screen. And the
funny/frustrating thing is that several times, when this screen opened, I
could see the box open and display the additional data, like the check
box/circle on the left that you check to indicate Primary Contact, the
contact name and other contact data. Other times, it just shows three fields
(see previous message on this). The screen that I refer to looks like some
kind of a custom screen in BCM because it doesn't have all the commands in
the ribbon above. I sure appreciate any help.

Yep, that's a stumper! I can't see any way of customizing that grid unless
you start messing with the Account form and I'm not up on that...
