Business Contact Views

Help!

Previously my BCM displayed my business contacts organized along account
lines. I was working with my contacts and hit a sort tab which lost this
view. Now I just have one long list of all contacts sorted according to which
action I choose

I have attampted to change field and group settings to no avail. When I
tried to use the account field it shows up blank even though every contact is
linked to an account

Can anyone help me restore the initial view. I found it most useful

Hi

Let try this

Click on views - custom views - customize current views - Reset current
view - click on OK - then click on view - arrange by - by account
Alternatively on the navigation pane towards the left hand side you will
find the list of views - choose by account.

When I open my 2007 BCM, the error message shows up and states COULD NOT
COMPLETE YOUR LAST ACTIONS.
