How do I disable the "Outlook Send & Receive Status" message box?

The message box pops up in Outlook every time I hit the Send/Recieve button
or during automatic email delivery. It is very annoying and I want to
disable it. Any ideas? I have searched the MS help with no luck. This box
showed up with the installation of service pack.
 
We don't know as you have not provided your version and mode of Outlook.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
