How do I disable a mail account in Outlook 2003?

I contract for many difference companies, and use their mail servers when
working for them. I don't want to collect mail from those servers other times.

I used to be able to click on a disable button in the advanced dialogue in
Outlook 2000. I can't find this in outlook 2003.

How do I disable a mail account so that it will not attempt to collect mail
from that account until I want to?
 
Remove the account from the send/receive group. (ctrl + alt + s to bring up
the send/receive settings)
