I missing? I can not figure out how to bring the wizard up to help me.

None of the regular Office products are good for designing Web pages. Most
of them have a Save As Web Page option that will work to create a bad Web
page that might be good enough, especially if you already have a completed
document that you want to turn into a quick and dirty Web page. If you are
starting from scratch, you really want to work with something designed for
that purpose, such KompoZer (free), Adobe GoLive, Microsoft FrontPage,
DreamWeaver, or building the page from HTML (see the Web page creation
section of my site http://www.loyola.edu/edudept/facstaff/marcovitz/et605/).

If you have Front Page, use that instead. It's purpose in life IS
creating web
pages. Publisher would be my second choice. It has options for creating
web
sites.

And if you don't already have Front Page, then know that Microsoft doesn't
make Front Page anymore. It's Expression Web now.

Microsoft Expression Web is a very good program for creating webpages. It is really very simple and easy to use. There is a free trial here: http://www.microsoft.com/expression/ There is also a tutorial and demos that will help you, and a support forum. More information here:
http://www.microsoft.com/expression/community/Default.aspx

I switched to using it for my own website when the first version came out a few years ago and have enjoyed the fact that updating webpages and such is so quick and easy.
