How do I post an actual web page in a powerpoint slide?

E

Elizabeth

I am making a Power Point presentation for my employer, and I want to include
the actual web page text and images exactly as it appears on the web, so I
can show where the needed information is located on the page. I have tried
using "Save as" in files and saved it using all the different formats, but is
does not come out correctly on the PowerPint slide.

Thanks

Hi Elizabeth

If you only need a picture use the Print Screen button and paste into
PowerPoint - you can then use the picture tools to crop (and the drawing
tools to put rings around the parts you want to point out if you like).

If you need it to be live so you can click on links and you will have an
internet connection, use this:
http://skp.mvps.org/liveweb.htm

If you have more questions be sure to include your version :)

That's twice now in a week - that's happened--- double post (and I replied
to the newer one - not seeing the older one with the reply already made) -
doh!

I hate it when that happens! But your reply was more detailed than mine so
it's all good :)
