How do I delete or Clear all data from Outlook to start fresh

How do I delete or Clear all data from Outlook to start fresh again
I have been using Outlook and I have backup my data (pst)
but I want to start fresh again, as if I just loaded Outlook how
do I strip all the data away even calendar and Business etc.. everything
as if I just loaded Outlook, I want a clean slate, how do I do that...

If you delete or rename your PST file, Outlook should prompt you to create a
new one at start up.
