How do I delete an Outlook Form?

I have created an Outlook Form in my Personal Forms Library (and spelled the
name wrong) How do I delete the form from the library?

I have created an Outlook Form in my Personal Forms Library (and spelled the
name wrong) How do I delete the form from the library?

The usual way is to open the manage forms control on the Forms tab of any
folder, navigate to the Personal Forms Library, select the desired form, and
delete it. In one version of Outlook, 2000 I think, Outlook had two modes--IMO
and C/W, or perhaps Enterprise. The IMO mode has no forms manage control, so
those users say they can't delete their forms. They have to change mode to
C/W, delete the form in that mode, then change the mode back.
