How do I delete all previous auto complete suggestions?

I am looking to delete all previous auto complete suggestions to start afresh
- I still want my auto complete to be turned on, just looking to clear it and
start again.

The NK2 file is in %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

It appears this file becomes obsolete with Outlook 2010 and the suggestions
are stored in the PST.
