How do I delete a body of text that repeats in a report?

At our library I run weeding reports. There is a body of text that occurs
every 2nd to third page (title, author, pub dat...). I cannot change the
report so I go through the whole document and delete the repeating text in a
lengthy report to save paper.

A non-technical way would be to copy the paragraph to the clipboard, then
use Edit>Replace and with the cursor in the Find what control, press Ctrl+V
to insert the paragraph into that control, and leave the replace with blank,
then click on Replace All, then dismiss that dialog and finally at the
location where you do want the text to appear the one time, press Ctrl+V to
paste the paragraph into that location.
