You can't. Sharing is done by hardware before xp gets loaded.
Your only solution is to install a graphics card which does not use shared
memory.

You misunderstand. Sharing is done by hardware. The only way to disable
shared memory is by installing a video card which does not use any part of
the regular memory.

If there is no way to replace the video controller on the motherboard, then
you wll be stuck with shared memory until you buy another computer.
