IMHO, probably the easiest method, assuming you want to do
several cuts and pastes, is to have both documents open at less
than full screen and use highlight, CTRL-X in one and CTRL-V in
the other.

Cut and Paste

- To highlight the text you want to copy, or cut:

1. Click the beginning or end of the text, and swipe across to the other
end.

2. Click the first item, or beginning of the text, scroll down to the
end of the text, or items list, and Shift/click the last character.
Because you Shift/clicked it, you'll highlight the data from where you
first clicked, to the end.

- To copy or cut, there are three ways:

1. Right-click the highlighted items, and click Copy, or Cut.

2. Click Edit, and there should be an option to Copy or Cut.

3. Use a shortcut key combination:

Ctrl/C = Copy.
Ctrl/X = Cut.

- Go to wherever you want to paste, click the area where you want to
insert the files, data, etc. and Paste. There are three ways to paste:

1. Right-click where you want to insert, click Paste.

2. Click Edit, and there should be an option to Paste.

3. Use the shortcut key combination:

Ctrl/V = Paste.

Other handy key combinations:

Ctrl/A = Select All. That should highlight all items in the pane in focus.

Ctrl/Z = Undo the previous operation.

Ctrl/Y = Redo the previous operation.
