How do I create an icon on the taskbar for outlook, excel ect...

I would like to have icon of outlook, excel, word, and powerpoint on the
taskbar. I successfully created a shortcut for outlook and dropped in the
start up folder but that won't work with the others.
 
What happens when you try? They all work the same way, so it should work.
