More information in the Message would be helpful. In
Outlook 2003, select the message and click on the Create
Rule icon on the toolbar.

Thanks, Chuck. It is Outlook 2003. In 2002, there is an option to move sent
messages, but it is not listed in 2003. I even tried to start from a blank
rule instead of the template, but there is no option for the rule I want to
create.

Outlook 2003 has the same rules as 2002- and for sent messages, it's copy,
not move.

Sure there is. However, sent messages can only be copied, not moved.
