How do I create a member login area in Frontpage?

I would like members to sign in before they use the discussion boards.
Is this possible in Frontpage 2003
 
Yes, you can create a subweb, password protect it, and place the discussion
page(s) inside that subweb. For the procedure see the link below. If your
host doesn't support subwebs or password protecting of folders but does
support ASP & databases (MS Access), an alternative is also presented at
