How do I create a banner link in my emails?

My boss has asked me to create a banner, with our company logo in it, that we
can have on our e-mail stationary each time we send an e-mail. I don't know
how to do this and would like some advice.

A banner is just an image you can create in just about any image editing
suite. After that you add it to your existing stationery.
