How do i correct the " too many different cell formats"?

i am trying to get numbers from other workbook and copy paste it to my workbook
then everytime i try to add some columns , the " too many different cell
formats " message always pop up. , leaving me unable to sum up

The only way to avoid this is by simplifying your formatting.
I have a special tool that enables you to do just that, but it isn't available
for free.
