How do I copy email folders in Outlook to a CD

I have an HP PAvilion 520N and the operating system is Windows XP for Home
Use and has no backup program with it. I want to save my email folders as
the backup.
I have a CD writer.
 
Since you didn't specify in you're using Outlook 97/98/2000/2002/2003 or
