how do I copy an entire screen and paste it into text on MS Word?

I am writing a "how to" manual for our company. How do I copy the entire
screen (showing the whole MS Word screen or MS Word pop-up boxes) into the
text of the manual?

This is an Access Group, not a Word group, but pressing ALT-PRINT SCREEN
will copy the active window to the clipboard.

Pressing CTRL-PRINT SCREEN will copy the entire screen.
