How do i copy a catalog of backup files from one server to another?

I need help!
i need to copy the backup catalog files from one server to another so that i can restore the data backed up on one server to the other. Both are running on windows 2000

In NTBackup, on the restore tab, you can catalog the backup using the Media
tools.
