How do I convert an existing .pst file to an encrypted .pst?

Outlook 2003 with all service packs.

What I want to do is take an existing "Active Inbox" .pst file, which
includes Inbox, Deleted Items, Sent Items, etc., and make it an encrypted
..pst file. I understand how to create a new, encrypted .pst, but how do I
move everything over from the old .pst to the encrypted one?

Thanks for any tips.

Or, as an alternative to Sue's suggestion (which can lose data), open both
PSTs and copy from one to the other.
