how do i convert an adobe pdf to a word document

I have an adobe pdf that has a table of infomation i want to save it or
converted into a word document how can i do it.
 
You can't convert it to Word unless you have a third party software that can
do that for you.
 
Did you try a copy and paste? This isn't the greatest way but it may work.
Ideally you should contact the file's creator and ask them for the original
file.
 
You can probably use Insert>Object>Create from File if it is a 1 page PDF.
The page will be inserted into your doc as a graphic. You won't be able to
edit it, but it should view & print ok.

Alternatively, if you have Acrobat (or another PDF-savvy app) you can select
& copy the desired content then paste into the doc. Acrobat (and perhaps
some others) also has the ability to save a PDF as a Word doc.
