How do I convert a subweb to subsite (or similar) in FP 2003?

My understanding is that subwebs are (decprecated??) "old news" for Front
Page 2003 and that there's a better way to do that in 20003, perhaps the
"subsite".

Can anyone point me to some good info on that?
-Convert subweb to subsite
-covert it also from FP Themese (so 90s...sigh) to CSS

Thanks!

Oh, also, any tips on converting the subweb to regular site (I may move this
site to a new host and seperate it from my current site completely)

Thanks!

Subweb and Subsite are the same thing.

Subweb is the term used in FP97-FP2002;

Subsite is the term used in FP2003.

There is no "conversion" that needs to be done' your "subwebs" will still
work.

Is there any way to convert a subsite to a regular site?

Can I move a subsite from one site to another site (within Frontpage)?
e.g., I have Site1 and Site2. Site2 has a subsite that I'd like to move to
Site1.

Just open the subweb / site and publish as a root web or another subweb / site under another root
web or subweb / site

You are welcome.

It is always nice to know if a suggestion worked or did not work or if the user found another
solution, but it is not a requirement...
