how do I connect automatically to server when I open outlook, I have a
permanent cble connection
 
assuming u want outlook to poll your pop3/imap/smtp account. make sure that
you connection is configured for LAN. (by the way, if you want more detailed
help, you might consider telling us what version of Outlook you are using.
the better the detail, the better the response.)
