How do i colour an object following its outline in powerpoint?

Hi im trying to colour in an object but when i fill it, it fills a square
when i need it to fill only to the outline of the shape???

Not sure if this is your problem, but have you selected the
placeholder/textbox instead of the object when filling the object with color?

Hi Greg

What version are you using, what shape are you filling and how are you doing
it? What you are seeing shouldn't be happening, so if you walk us through
the steps we may spot where the issue is.
