How do I collect edits of NOTES from multiple reviewers?

I sent my ppt slides and notes to MS Word to use revision tracking. Now the
document is too big to email to other reviewers and I can't get the document
back into ppt. Any suggestions?

None really ... PPT to Word is a one-way street. You can't toss a presentation
back and forth from one to the other, I'm afraid.
