How to update Word with new PPT slides

Hi, I created a PPT package and then did the "Send to Word" with "Pate Link".
I then updated the Word document with my speaker notes. I then created
another slide in the PPT file but don't know how to get the new slide into my
existing Word document. The only thing I can think of is to create a new
Word document and cut/paste my speaker notes from the old Word document to
the new Word document.

Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Thanks.

Send to Word isn't very robust. I'm afraid it won't update those kinds of
changes. Really, it only updates changes you make to existing slides. It
doesn't recognize the addition or subtraction of slides, nor does it
recognize changes to your speaker notes. I suggest you run Send to Word
again after making these kinds of changes.

I may be misunderstanding here, but are you putting the speaker notes
directly into Word? If so, is there a reason you are not putting them
directly into PowerPoint?

Hi, I am putting the notes directly into Word as I can format them with
Word's features.

Thanks

Hi

I think your original idea of sending to Word again and then copy/pasting
additional slides & notes into your 1st document is going to be your best
bet. Sorry if I got your hopes up - I didn't realise Word didn't update with
new slides even if you used paste link. See Echo & TexasRugbyMan73's
discussion above.
