How do I choose which calendar to save an emailed appt.?

I have several calendars in my outlook. How do I choose which calendar to
save an emailed appt. to? Seems it always saves to my default calendar, when
I need it to save to another.

Drag it to your selected calendar. Or use Edit->Move to Folder and select your calendar of choice.
