How do I change the program in Advanced Edit for creating signatur

I am trying to create a company signature with a linked logo at the bottom.
When I click "advanced edit" to insert the image, it brings me into Adobe Go
Live, a program I am unfamiliar with when it comes to editing the html code.
I would like to use MS Frontpage or even notepad to make the necessary
changes, but I can't find an option to change which program loads up. Any
suggestions?

It's your system's default HTML editor which you can set in Control Panel->
Internet Options-> tab Programs
