How do I change the format on incoming mail in Outlook 2000?

This morning I installed some updates from Microsoft. I shut down my
computer and came to work. When I went into Outlook 2000 to get my mail all
the new incoming messages are in plain text format. I have always received
my messages in html format. My Inbox show the message subject but not who it
is from or the brief intro it use to show me. I find it very difficult to
read my mail this way because everything is jumbled together. Please help.

How what? You asked how to change the message format on received mails. I replied that the sender determines the format in Outlook 2000. Perhaps I should have added the obvious, "not the recipient."
