How do I change the folder location!

the mail folders to a different drive?

Whenever I've needed to do that i make sure Outlook is closed, move the file
where you want it to be, start Outlook, it will cry for its mummy, use the
file selector it presents to navigate to your new location for the .pst

Steve Sweet already gave instructions on how to move your existing PST to a
new location. However, if you're asking how to change the default location
with which you're presented when you wish to add a _new_ PST, then I don't
believe there is a way. There are several KB articles describing how to
change the default save location of attachments, but none that I could find
to change the default location of a PST.
