How do I change the default font from Times New to Tahoma?

Everyone knows that everytime you open a Word document, the default font is
set to Times New Roman. How do I change that to Tahoma?
 
Open a new document. Format - Font - change the font to Tahoma - click on
the Default button in the lower left corner - OK.
