How do i change the cells in a column at the same time in Excell?

Christar,
You post is way thin on details and to insure you get some goo
feedback, it is important to take the time to be a specific as possibl
about what you want to happen.
That being said; here is an example of changing an entire column'
formatting..
If you want to apply the same formatting to all the cells in a column
click on the column letter A,B,C........, you will notice that th
entire column is highlighted. Now, go straight to Format>Cells an
begin selecting the formatting changes you would like. These change
will be applied to the entire selected column.

Change to what?

One method of changing would be to select a column then Edit>Clear Contents.

May not be what you want though<g>

Try Edit>Replace

Try entering a constant in one cell then copy>paste special>add(or divide or
multiply).

As Casey said it is hard to tell what you're looking for, but it may be worth
noting that if you highlight a range and press ctl-enter after making your
entry that entry will be entered in all highlighted cells. If a formula is
entered the formulas will be entered depending on whether you enter them as
relative reference or absolute references, i.e. =A1, =$A$1, =$A1, or A$1. A1
will change to A2 as in the next cell in the colum while =$A$1 will be =$A$1
in each cell.

Extra points for counting the number of times I used a form of "enter" in
that paragraph. :)
