How do I change the administrator name on computer

I have replaced a previous staff person and many folders are locked with her
name as administrator. How do I remove her name and replace it with mine as
administrator? Thanks.

If I understand it correctly, the name on an Adminstrator account is
Administrator. You just need to get the password for this account. There is
a difference between *the* Administrator account and a user account with
administrator privileges. When you log in as Administrator, you can also
give your user account administrator privileges. But this is really a
Windows questions, and I know next to nothing about Windows, so you really
should be asking this in a Windows NG, not one for Word.
