How do I Change Outlook Today?

I would like to make the nice clean interface of OT even cleaner by
eliminating the E-mail columns in the Standard view. Better yet: Maybe
just elimiate E-mail and Tasks, so Bascially I have a clean calender?
Can a non-technie do this easily without dealing with code?

Click on Mailbox then from there you click on Customize outlook today...
