how do I change "name from" in my outgoing messages

When I send or forward an email, the recipient receive my message as coming
from Michelle, how do I change this name as I mispelled it, it should read
Michel.

What type of account? POP? Exchange? IMAP? HTTP?
 
It should be in the properties of your email account. Check here: Tools menu
Email accounts > View/Change existing accounts > Click Next > Highlight an

account and click Change
