how do I change ISP

I have switched from dial up modem with AT&T to SBC DSL
and am having the hardest time switching it in Outlook
Express? What am I doing wrong?
 
Suggest you post to an OE ng this for OL - different app; or obtain set up
details frm yr DSL provider, maybe on their web site?
