how do i change a page width setting to percentage

i'm trying to print out a webpage in frontpage on my printer, but it cuts off
the sides and the bottom. where is there a setting to change the page to
percentage so it can be viewed on all screens?

tanks.
 
There is not such setting. You have to design the page either with CSS to specify the width or use
tables set to a %.
