Why does my picture disappear when I scale by percent?

Every time I try and scale my pictures in Frontpage by percentage, when I hit
Okay, the picture disappears. It's still there in the code, by there is no
picture on the screen. I am really getting sick of viewing my pages with
Internet Explorer and having all of my graphics out of wack because they are
scaling by pixal and therefore not showing up the same way they appear in
Frontpage Preview.

You really need to resize your images in a image editor, then import into open FP web / site, then
insert on your pages.
