How do I change 2 dimensional text shadow color in PowerPoint 2007

Drawing Tools Format | Text Effects | Shadow | Shadow Options.

You can also click the dialog launcher (small square) on the lower right
corner of the Text Effects group, then go to the Shadows tab.

Make sure you start in Text Effects, not Shape Effects.
