How do I cancel query about saving doc with comments?

I'm in Word 2003. Every time I save a document with track changes or
comments, I get a popup asking me if I'm sure I want to save, and I have to
click ok. This is a big pain, esp. as almost all my docs have track changes
or comments. How can I get this popup box NOT to appear?

Are you sure this is coming from Word and not from some document management
system?

Thanks for your response. I don't know what a document management system is,
and I don't know how one could have gotten on to my computer.

Okay, never mind. I figured it out. Tools/Options/Security and then uncheck
the box that says "Warn before sending, saving, or printing a file that
contains tracked changes or comments." YEAAAHH!!!
