how do i block sender in outlook xp

I'm getting TONS of SPAM thru a corporate server. The administrators there do
nothing about it so i'm hoping to find a way to BLOCK SENDER in Outlook XP
just like the feature in MSN mail where you are able to block the sender or
the entire domain. All I can find in Outlook XP is Junk mail settings and
Rules to make. That still allows the mail into my PC and just sorts it into
different folders.
 
You can't really block delivery, but FWIW you can set up a rule to
automatically delete the junk mail.
 
You should be able to change your Junk Mail settings to "file" it into the
trash.
