blocked senders

The blocked senders list does not do much for me. Spam usually ends up in the
junk folder anyhow. If I choose an item from the junk folder and expressly
make it to junk nothing further happens.
What I sould like is an option to ban junk mail at the server level so that
it is rejected and no mail from that jparticular sender ever gets to my mail
box.
How do I make a suggestion to MS about this?
Thanks.

Microsoft cannot cannot help you with this as Outlook is client level. If
you want to make a change at server level this means that you have to make
the change at server level and not at Outlook level.

What you want can already be achieved if your ISP offers server-side spam
filtering.

What's it got to do with MS? There are plenty of solutions to do that at
server level. If it's your server then install one, if it's your ISP's
server then you will have to talk to them about it...
