How do I block email from Outlook?

I do not want to set up a 'rule' - WHy can't it just be blocked as I could
have in Outlook Express? This is a pain!
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
