How do I back up the system.

Hi,

When installing the Service Pack 1 for Win XP, the wizard
asked me to back up the system.
How do I back up the system ? And how do I restore the
previous sytem if the new system do not work.

Do NOT use the built in backup feature of Windows. It's
worthless.
The best of all is TrueImage
