back up option

hi,

I don't have the back up option under accessories\system tool. so I can not
start the wizard to do back up. I tried to use sustem restore option to
create a back up but when I asked the restore a certain point. I get an error
message telling me that restore has failed.
any ideas?

it appears that it hasn't been installed, you will need to install that option
