I would like to be able to automatically start the windows time service
(home network - no domain) when the system boots. Right now I have to go to
a command prompt and type NET START [I forget right now - w32 something].
...anyhow, is there a command I can add to the registrty that will start the
time service at boot up?

thanks

Go to Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services. Set the startup type
of Time service to Automatic.
