how do i automatically format phone numbers in Outlook

I want to just enter phone numbers and have Outlook automatically add
parenthese and correct spacing like it did in my Office 2000 version ( I have
newest office now).
 
It will as soon as you set your default dialing location correctly in your
operating system.
