How do I automatically create a contact from my email messages?

I am trying to set up my outlook, so my incoming e-mail addresses
automatically become contacts. Anyone know?
 
No such ability, nor would you really want one.
You just R click an address you want to add and select "Add to Contacts"
from the context menu.
