how do I apply my picture to a post?

Ask in the body of the message.

What picture and apply it where?
 
I have a picture of flowers that I would like to put with my signature on the
crochet message boards. I got as far as getting a box with a red x in it.
What I'm trying to do for the past year is see the picture? I have dsl
broadband and the crochet boards are at aol.
